By placing an order, you are asking Build A Charm to supply the bracelet base, charms, and other items shown in your checkout summary. An order is accepted after successful payment confirmation and may still be subject to product availability or fraud and payment review.

Please review the bracelet style, charm selection, charm order, size, price, shipping address, and contact information before completing checkout. Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and deliverable address and for contacting support promptly if an error is noticed.

Product photography is intended to represent the item as accurately as practical, but appearance can vary with screen settings, lighting, manufacturing tolerances, natural material variation, and the way individual charms sit or move when worn. Material and plating descriptions shown with the product are the controlling description; a plated finish is not represented as solid precious metal.

Prices, product availability, promotions, shipping options, and catalog contents may change before checkout is completed. Payment is processed through Stripe. Unauthorized use of the website, attempts to interfere with checkout or store systems, or misuse of store content may result in access being restricted.

The Returns and Shipping pages form part of the customer information for purchases made through the store. Nothing in these terms removes consumer protections or other rights that cannot legally be waived in your location.
