What materials are the bracelets?+
The current launch builder includes a 925 sterling silver snake-chain option, a pink braided leather bracelet with a 925 silver clasp, and a sterling silver chain with a rose-gold-plated clasp accent. Material details are shown again inside the builder.
How many charms can I add?+
The current builder supports 1–7 charms per design. The selected order stays visible before checkout.
Will the charms fit the bracelets?+
The launch catalog is built around compatible European-style charm products. Many featured charms use an approximately 4.3 mm core. Compatibility details should always be checked against the product information shown in the store.
Why are the charms shown below the wrist photo instead of pasted onto it?+
Because accuracy matters more than a fake mockup. The lifestyle image shows the bracelet style; the selected charm rail shows the exact products and order you chose. A photographic on-wrist configurator will only be used when the product assets are calibrated well enough to be truthful.
Where do you ship?+
Current checkout is configured for Canada and the United States. A tracked shipping option is used at checkout.
Can I return my order?+
See the Returns page for the current policy. If an order arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete, contact hello@buildacharm.com with clear photos so the issue can be reviewed.
How do I choose a bracelet size?+
Use a bracelet you already own as a reference or measure around your wrist where you wear it. Leave enough room for the number of charms you plan to add.
How is payment processed?+
Checkout is handled by Stripe. Build A Charm does not store your full card or wallet payment details in the application.
