What materials are the bracelets?+
The silver base is 925 sterling silver with platinum plating. The leather option uses braided leather with a 925 sterling silver clasp. The rose-gold option is 925 sterling silver with a rose-gold-plated clasp.
How many charms can I add?+
You can add between one and seven charms. Duplicate charms are allowed.
Will the charms fit the bracelets?+
The builder filters the supplier collection to compatible bracelet charms, beads, pendants, dangles, clips, and spacers.
How does the live preview work?+
Each selected charm is placed along the photographed bracelet line. Dangle charms hang below the line, while bead styles sit directly on it. The order rail below the photo is the exact sequence used for your design.
Where do you ship?+
Free tracked shipping is included on every order delivered to Canada or the United States. Estimated delivery is 6–9 business days, including 1–3 business days of handling and 5–6 business days in transit.
Can I return my order?+
Eligible new, unworn, and unused products can be returned by mail within 30 days of delivery. The customer arranges and pays for the return label, there is no restocking fee, and exchanges are not offered. Approved refunds are issued within 10 days after receipt and inspection.
How do I choose a bracelet size?+
Measure your wrist snugly, then add room for comfort and charms. The guide explains the fit allowance and the review step lets you change size before checkout.
How is payment processed?+
Stripe hosts secure checkout. Build A Charm does not store your full payment-card details.
