Build A Charm uses information you provide to operate the store, process purchases, arrange fulfillment and delivery, provide customer support, prevent fraud, and maintain order records. This can include your name, email address, shipping and billing details, the products you select, and messages you send to support.

Payment card and wallet details are processed by Stripe. Build A Charm does not store your full payment-card details in the application.

Service providers used to run the store may receive the limited information they need to perform their role. This can include payment processing, hosting, analytics, email, fraud prevention, and fulfillment or delivery services. Analytics may record technical and event information such as page visits, device or browser information, product selections, and purchases.

We keep information for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose it was collected, including order support, accounting, fraud prevention, and legal obligations. Privacy rights vary by location. You may contact us to ask about the personal information associated with your order or support history and to request an available correction or deletion.
