Build A Charm uses information you provide to operate the store, process purchases, arrange fulfillment and delivery, provide customer support, prevent fraud, and maintain order records. This can include your name, email address, shipping and billing details, selected products, and support messages.

Payment card and wallet details are processed by Stripe. Build A Charm does not store your full payment-card details in the application.

Optional analytics are disabled until you accept them in the on-site preference prompt. If accepted, analytics providers may receive technical and event information such as page visits, device or browser information, product selections, and purchases. Declining analytics does not affect shopping or checkout.

Service providers receive only the information needed for their role. This can include payment processing, hosting, order storage, transactional email, fraud prevention, and fulfillment or delivery services.

We keep information for as long as reasonably needed for order support, accounting, fraud prevention, and legal obligations. Privacy rights vary by location. You may request an available correction or deletion by contacting hello@buildacharm.com.

You can change an analytics choice by clearing this site’s local storage or browser site data; the preference prompt will appear again.
